The hotel looks not as five star. Some services feel like a three star hotel.

Kiran and Subhdra at the front desk were cute. They made check-in smooth and provided helpful information (especially regarding local transportation options). The location is central, with access to markets and attractions.
The room I had was smaller than I expected for the price. It was functional, but lacked space to comfortably move around (especially with luggage).

The breakfast buffet presented diverse choices with both Western and local dishes. Fresh fruit and pastries were plentiful and regularly replenished. The service was attentive, and staff ensured the area was well-kept, keeping tables clean.

Location's Fine, but Room's Got Issues

Its location is pretty useful for getting around.
I had issues with the room's AC. It make a racket, so I had to pick between noise and being not so hot. The food was substandard. I am pretty sure I got food poisoning.

rajij was amazing as my cleaner keeper. he. people in the breakfast area were very kind. i had an amazing stay. they can improve the infrastructure since i have stayed in other park hotels and they are newer.
the infrastructure can be improved a bit it seems a bit old.
